Exams and Performance
At Exhall Junior School, we take pride in helping every child achieve their personal best. Our approach to assessment and performance is rigorous, fair, and focused on growth, ensuring that pupils build strong foundations in reading, writing, arithmetic fluency and wider curriculum subjects.
We use a combination of teacher assessments, internal testing and national examinations to monitor progress and identify areas for further support or challenge. Our results reflect both academic achievement and the development of skills and confidence, helping pupils to move seamlessly to the next stage of their learning journey.
Beyond numbers and scores, we measure success by the progress, resilience and curiosity of our pupils. At Exhall Junior, performance is about preparing children for lifelong learning, celebrating achievements and nurturing the skills and character that will serve them, well beyond the classroom.
