The General Data Protection Regulation Act 2018 strengthens data protection for everyone – children, families and staff by putting a greater emphasis on consent, to ensure families agree to school holding certain pupil data, and by having clearer document control to ensure good practices for maintaining records.

LA guidelines have been taken into consideration in the formulation of all our policies.
Our policies are approved by the Governing Body and are reviewed on a regular basis.  Paper copies of our GDPR policies can be requested from the School Office free of charge.
