On behalf of the governors, staff and children we would like to welcome you to Exhall Junior School. This prospectus aims to give you a brief introduction to us, but we encourage you to visit so you can appreciate more what we have to offer your child.

Exhall Junior School is a well established school that serves the local Exhall area, and we not affiliated to any particular religious group. We celebrate diversity and ensure equality at all levels. We aim to create a very supportive and caring environment where each child can develop the confidence to realise their ambitions, achieve their potential best and grasp the endless opportunities as future citizens of the 21st century.

Along with our infant feeder school, Exhall Cedars, we strive for success and aim to develop a love for lifelong learning. We both focus on developing and extending the opportunities for your child that are carefully tailored to your child’s level.

The foundations of lifelong learning begin at Exhall Cedars. The children are supported with activities and learning experiences that are planned to promote the sequential development of knowledge, skills and understanding within a nurturing setting. These elements are built upon in our school, always with the view to get your child ready for secondary school life.

We find that our children have a very positive experience when they make that important transfer into secondary school, as they draw on the positive experience they have had when they moved between infants into juniors.
